You might think you’re safe from termites if your house is built on a slab
You’d be wrong! There is a misconception that a house is built on a slab can’t get termites. You can still get termites, and usually they do a lot more damage before they are discovered. We didn’t know the extent of the damage at this home until we took the window sill out.
